Tiger Estate is glad to announce a collaboration with acclaimed mountaineers and adventure experts Boots and Crampons. To start with, we are launching an adventurous 5 days outdoor activities and experiential learning program in the midst of the iconic mountains and rivers of the valley. 

Rishikesh is favorably situated for travelers from different locations, this plan will suit the adventure enthusiasts who are on the look-out for some fun, frolic and adventure experience.

This plan with Boots and Crampons is designed for adventurers, specifically kids and youth about 17 years. This will be a one-of-a-kind experience for the kids and youth as they will get the opportunity to interact with experts from Boots and Crampons and also with the highly decorated ex-Army officers, war veterans as well as acclaimed mountaineers.

What will kids experience besides adventure on this tour? Tiger Estate resort is managed and handled keeping certain core values such as health awareness, discipline, one’s commitment to the environment and keeping a mindful body. So, all you need to do is - make up your mind for this enthralling unique rendezvous with nature, stay amidst the pristine view in Tiger Estate and enjoy the beauty of mother Nature. While there will be no compromise on the adventure component of this trip, the itinerary will also include a session around a bonfire with our decorated officers, anecdotes from the history of the Army, motivations of life and lessons from military life, especially the Kargil War.

SCHEDULE - DAY 1: A MELLOW START

Arrive at the Tiger Estate. Freshen up & rest for a while. Post breakfast, we’ll go for a short hike up the scenic Ghattu ghat waterfall. Can even bathe there if one feels like it. After visiting the market near Laxman Jhula & Ram Jhula, we’ll head back to the property. In the evening, a leadership story awaits you at the campsite. It will be narrated by a Kargil war veteran & Shaurya Chakra awardee. Motive behind this story-telling session is to motivate you to be your best in life & do your best in any situation you may ever face. Bonfire & dinner before heading for bed.

DAY 2: LOSE YOUR FEAR

Wake up at 6 am and go for a short run. After breakfast, you will pack your lunch for the day and prepare yourself to witness the adventure that is the talk of the world for which Rishikesh is famous - Bungee Jumping. Jumpin Heights located in Mohanchatti, is India’s highest bungy jumping point. You will be jumping from a bridge-like platform at a height of almost 83 meters from the ground and swooping down onto the stunning valley landscape. After the jump, we will go for a short trek to a peak called Bunga. The starting point of the trek is near the Jumpin Heights location, Mohanchatti. Have lunch at Bunga and fall back. Have dinner and call it a day.

DAY 3: BACK TO THE ROOTS

Today, our plan is dedicated to a proper on-foot journey. Post breakfast, we will go on a trek to Neelkanth Mahadev Mandir. Carrying your packed lunch, you will cross dense forests, waterfalls, streams, and many viewpoints before reaching this historical temple. The whole trek, up and down the mountain side, could take around 5-6 hours. After having a food break, we’ll go and see the famous Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat that starts at 6pm. Drive back to the property. Settle down and chill at Bonfire before having dinner and going to bed.

DAY 4: THE BIG DAY

Start the day with a Yoga & Meditation session. After all, you’re in the Yoga capital of the world.  Post breakfast, we’ll kick off our day with one of the most adventurous attractions of Rishikesh, Whitewater River Rafting. This will be a long stretch of thrilling ride on the tides and waves of river Ganges and a one of a kind experience. Drive back to the property, have a sumptuous lunch and take the much needed rest break. Post afternoon tea, you can venture into Hule river 200 meters from your stay for a good splash fun. Get back to Tiger Estate, have dinner and off to bed.

DAY 5: SEE YOU AGAIN

Last but not the least, we part our ways with stories to share till we meet again. After breakfast, a certificate will be given to the participants. We’ll also reflect on the past 4 memorable days before bidding you adieu.
